With original paper covers, 20 pp. of text, and the folding map. The guide provides a wealth of information, including all the railroads in the state, the counties and their populations, names of lakes and rivers, every town and village including population and mailing address, Indian reservations, telegraph stations, and so forth. The folding map, which is copyright-dated 1891, depicts the state in great detail, showing counties, county seats, towns, villages, township lines, rivers, railroads, lakes, and more. The map, measuring approximately 15 x 22 inches, has a few minor fold separations, otherwise it is in very good condition. The guide is lightly age-toned, and the cover is just loose in the top half, otherwise in very good condition.
